We currently ship throughout the United States (excluding HI and PR). If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to contact us here or email us at support@anayasoasis.com.

Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process. Depending on your location orders placed throughout the week may be held until Monday or Tuesday for shipping. Shipping times depend on your location:
• Ground: 5-7 business days• Priority: 1-3 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. -
We take extra care to ensure your plants arrive safely! Each plant is carefully packaged in eco-friendly materials to protect them during transit. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

While we do our best to ensure healthy plants, occasionally a plant may not adjust well to its new environment. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns. However, if your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please reach out to us within 48 hours for a replacement or store credit. View our full return policy here

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we begin preparing your shipment, and changes may not be possible.
