Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy
At Anaya's Oasis, we take pride in ensuring your plants arrive healthy and ready to thrive. However, as plants are living items, some minor issues during transit are normal. Please review our policy carefully.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of plants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have been delivered.
Refunds and Replacements
While we do not accept returns, we offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
• If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition through no fault of the customer, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• To process your claim, please provide clear photos of the damaged plant and packaging to help us assess the situation.
• Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement plant free of charge.
What Is Considered Normal?
It is not uncommon for a plant to experience slight stress during transit. As a result, your plant may arrive with:
• Yellowing of its oldest leaves.
• Slightly wilted foliage.
These conditions are typically temporary and should resolve with proper care. We recommend allowing the plant to acclimate to its new environment for a few days after arrival. These issues are not considered damage and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
What Does Not Qualify for a Refund or Replacement?
• Damage caused by improper care after delivery (such as overwatering, insufficient sunlight, or neglect).
• Minor imperfections, including yellowing or wilting, that are a normal part of the shipping process and do not affect the plant’s overall health.
• If you change your mind after receiving the plant.
How to Submit a Claim
1. Email us at support@anayasoasis.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the damaged plant and packaging.
3. Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days and notify you of the next steps.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to ship your plants quickly and efficiently. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. In rare cases where shipping delays lead to plant damage, please contact us, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
